About Our Services

Individual & Couples Therapy

As your individual therapist, I’ll walk alongside you to better understand your story, values, losses, and relationships—helping you build more meaningful connections and experiences in your life. Together, we’ll explore how your emotional and physical health are connected, and revisit your stories through a new lens. With this fresh perspective, we can identify which patterns are serving you, which ones aren’t, and experiment with new ways of being. Ultimately, you are the driver of the therapy vehicle, my role is to support and guide, not steer. I want you to feel empowered to recognize behaviors that no longer serve you, set meaningful goals, and collaborate with me in creating practical, personalized paths toward growth and healing.

When working with couples, I meet the relationship where it’s at—with curiosity, compassion, and without taking sides. My role is to support the relationship itself, whether you're working toward deeper connection and intimacy, navigating forgiveness or reconciliation, or exploring the possibility of a peaceful separation or divorce. I welcome and affirm non-traditional relationship structures, including polyamory, open relationships, and other consensual non-monogamous dynamics. I create space for each partner to feel heard, understood, and respected while helping you uncover the patterns that keep you stuck. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, intention, and whatever version of healing aligns with your goals.

I’m laid back, direct, honest, and compassionate. Clients often joke that my “face says it all,” and if you're someone who swears to cope, I’ll meet you there. I work with adults ages 20 and up, and I strive to create a space that feels real, collaborative, and full of curiosity. I hope to give you a place to discuss what your needs are, and a place you feel safe to give me feedback when your needs shift.

Clinical Supervision

As your clinical supervisor, my goal is to support you in becoming a confident, capable, and grounded independent practitioner. Our work together will include developing your clinical voice, deepening your self-awareness, and expanding your toolbox to assess, diagnose, and treat clients effectively and ethically. We'll explore a range of modalities and interventions, while also discussing how to navigate the real-world complexities of clinical work such as boundaries, countertransference, and systemic challenges.

My background is rooted in medical social work and includes extensive experience in the neurological components of emotional health, chronic illness, grief and loss, anxiety and depression, complex family systems, religious trauma, perinatal mental health, substance use, and culturally responsive care. I approach supervision with transparency, curiosity, and a genuine investment in your growth not just as a clinician, but as a whole person.

Supervision will include two, 2 hour sessions a month—in person or virtual—pending location. I am flexible with timeline and taking breaks as needed.
